The Scary: That Giygas scares the crap out of me...it really DOES look like he's in mid transformation. That one with Ness is just as creepy to me too. ._o

The Awesome: OMFG that Sexy Pokey pic....That's GORGEOUS! I think you REALLY captured what REALLY makes Pokey dashing...his SNEER! Yes of course he's effin' hot in those suits, no doubt about that. However what really grabs me about Pokey is his evil toothy grin as HAP. That combined with a half covered face is just...UNF! Anyway, that pic is TO. DIE. FOR. Love it. X3 That poor rope snake though... XD

The Cute: That Jeff pic is so adorable. Is he sleeping on that rocket or humping it? I cant tell...XD

Finally...I'd like to know the story behind that one pic with Pokey and the lawn. ._.

Giygas in mid-transformation? Never thought about that! That's pretty awesome! I just combined the two because I wanted the alien body of Giygas from M1, but I also wanted his terrible expression and intimidating color scheme from M2. You think the Ness is creepy too? I never meant for that to be, but there's some sort of weird presence in his expression, namely in the eyes. The way I wrote about it implied that it happened after Giygas was defeated, because I said this "But we all know he's been through some heavy stuff, but with light and life always following through. Here, I wanted to capture that experience, tears for hardships, a smile for happiness, and the two working together to show overflowing emotions. It's the end of Earthbound, his cup has been filled, now the rest can just spill over. Paula, Jeff, Poo, let's go home." I guess after facing immeasurable evil your eyes might be dialated in a pretty strange way. Both the good emotions and the slight fear I feel from looking at Ness' face make me feel as though you can really tell he just fought Giygas. >>;

I am quite attracted to Porky myself. 8D A friend said that Jeff was the sexiest, and I said I'd beat that claim with sexy Porky sketches. And I know some artists make him thin and taller in order to make him look more flattering, but I insisted on short and fat. The only drastic change I made was that I bleach-blonded his hair a little bit to look better, which is actually a realistic change. And I don't get how some people think Porky is ugly. He must have charisma to always be one step ahead of Ness in Earthbound! I plan on making a sexy Porky sketch series, along with a final finished pic... And I've got this thing going on where Porky is always strangling Rope Snake if he's looking the least bit sexy. I'd call it a pairing but I don't think it'd work out between them. =(

Jeff is sleeping on the rocket. I wrote this about the picture, "Actually he was just working on the rocket ship model in his laboratory garage thing and fell asleep on it. When he wakes up he will remember to repair Ness and Paula's toaster." I also compare this piece to that song of David Bowie's that includes the lines "Ground control to Major Tom", but only for the lol.

I will explain the Porky's lawn thing! But there will be one line I have to put in spoiler format, because some people claim it's a M3 spoiler. I really don't get it since if you own Super Smash Brothers Brawl it's pretty much a spoiled deal anyways, but I'm going to do so in order to be courteous. I wrote the following about Porky's lawn: "

HURRY GUYS LET'S PUT HIM IN A CHRISTMAS SPECIAL SO HE DOESN'T HAVE TO GO TO HELL WHEN HE DIES." Case and point: I was being really silly. XP

I kept my portfolio and art folder in the office after I brought it to work one day to show my skills as a graphic designer and concise artist. After I was laid off, I returned to find my desk COMPLETELY cleaned up and my ENTIRE life's worth of art disposed of by the cleaning crew. This is the only picture I have from that book. Something I submitted to this site in 2005 under the name "semigothman"

I show it in honor of my lost work.

What a terrible loss. I'm a little hoarder when it comes to my scribbles - I still have stuff I drew in elementary school.

Are you sure there's no way for you to get your stuff back? Maybe it's still intact in a dumpster somewhere (god that sounds harsh). Can you ask?

PoeTrader: Thanks, but I've asked three times. She claims that there's "nothing like that in her office" but I swear to the Apple of Enlightenment itself that I definitely left those two books on top of my desk shelf.

Anyway, it's a good excuse to draw lots of new, fresh, art; starting with that Poo one. Still unsure how to trace and color on Adobe. PLEASE PM me!
