Most definitely not a villain
I disliked any of the endings that were just credit sequences with some sprites attached, especially Good Night, the one that had nothing to do with the plot. And then, they made you watch the credits again! I think they should take off the second credit sequence for the endings that were just credits, and put all the credits in those. My favorite would have to be The Dream Team, the one with Frog marrying Leene coming in second. I like how the credits are sped up, and who’s heart didn’t skip a beat at 3-2-1 Reset!?

Yeah, having to watch the remake credits every. single. time. was really lame. I wanted to be able to skip over them. But it was nice that after that they took me back to the title screen without having to reset.
And the best ending is the Reptite ending. It makes perfect sense.
I liked A Slide Show/Memory Lane, because Crono can talk! And, huh, I disliked Good Night because it was pointless.

It wasn’t pointless, you got to see that Nu could actually make friends other than Bethalsar, and that monsters had lives outside of getting the crap beaten out of them by your party.
You may be right, “pointless” was not exactly appropiate. But there can be other possible explanations. That Nu could be from the prehistoric era, because I think that two (the one from the Laruba ruins and the other one from the Hunting range) are the only Nus that could meet with the monsters that appeared there (frogs and Kilwalas or whatever is their name) without traveling in time.
Concerning the endings, I also like The Legendary Hero.
Tata goes to Magus’ castle, and finds that Crono, Lucca and Marle were awaiting for him. Crono is sitting in a throne and then stands up and laughs at Tata. They were obviously going to fight Tata, but I just can’t comprehend why. I liked it because it was mind-blowing and I could see what happened to Robo when he returned to the future.

I just feel like I was kind of let down. I made the mistake of expecting something as good as CT. If you ask me it was more of a spin-off than a sequel.
If you don’t pay attention to every tiny detail of the plot you will have no idea what is going on. At the end of the game you are given a wall of text that is supposed to ‘explain’ the entire series at once. I feel like the game was put together poorly.
The only good things about this game were the graphics and music.
also there were too many playable characters and 90% of them were paper dolls, and they pulled every cliche in the book, including a mexican wrestler
why the hell would there be a mexican wrestler, he’s the only one, there’s no possibility for a luchador wrestling league, it makes no sense
